Pasta Carbonara

Pasta Carbonara

The Pioneer Woman Cooks. VERDICT: yummy! These were super easy to make and tasted great! If you like thick noodles, try these. I wish I could have gotten them thinner, but the taste was great!
Ingredients
  • 1 pound Bacon Or Pancetta
  • 1 pound Linguine Pasta
  • 1 whole Large Onion
  • 8 cloves (to 12 Cloves) Garlic
  • 1 cup White Wine (or Substitute Another Cup Of Stock)
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 1-1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 1/2 stick Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon (to 2 Tablespoons) Black Pepper
