Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 summer squash (yellow squash)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 bag (19oz.) frozen cheese tortellini
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • ¼ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Dash hot sauce (optional)
  • ¼ lb. frozen broccoli florets
